Hens party cupcakes for Lucinda

These Alice in Wonderland cupcakes were for my friend Lucinda's hens party. I was nearly eight months pregnant when I made them and all I can remember is that my back and my feet were so sore! 

There were 25 in total all handmade and completely edible. The cupcakes were chocolate filled with chocolate ganache, and the icing was vanilla, made using this recipe. It tastes like vanilla ice cream :-)

Lucinda got married on the day that we arrived home from the hospital with our four day old Annabelle. I made her wedding cake. Probably a little ambitious of me but I wanted to do it for Lucinda. I'll do a post on that one soon!
